When can you take the practical motorcycle exam?
You may take the practical motorcycle exam as soon as you meet the age and category requirements of the CBR. Which category you can take depends on your age:
From the age of 18, you may take the practical exam on a light motorcycle (A1). This consists of the vehicle control exam and the participation in traffic exam.
From the age of 20, you can take the exam on a medium-sized motorcycle (A2).
From the age of 21, you may take the practical exam for the full motorcycle license (A) on a heavy motorcycle.

Components of the motorcycle license
To obtain your motorcycle license, a total of three exams are taken:
Motorcycle theory exam
Vehicle Control Exam (AVB)
Traffic Participation Examination (AVD)
